Your data in Cento
Cento is in early development. This page explains how the current artist studio handles your information.
Your artist studio
Your account, artist details, statements, CV entries, works, drafts and preferences are stored by the service. Uploaded files are stored on the server, rather than only on your device. Birth date and citizenship help describe eligibility; they are not a public artist profile.
Optional connected services
When you use a Grok tool, relevant artist materials and opportunity information are sent to xAI to produce the reply. Image analysis includes the selected image. Connecting Grok stores a credential for that connection. Email delivery uses a configured mail provider when available.
You can use manual drafts without connecting Grok. Disconnect the service and change notification preferences in Settings.
Control and deletion
You can edit your Artist Profile, remove works and delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes its associated profile records and uploaded files from the active application. This does not promise erasure of separate infrastructure backups or third-party records.
Samples and operational records
Sample workspaces contain illustrative data. Their actions do not send applications or messages. The service records operational activity and AI usage to support the app; staff administration is separate from an artist account.
